Lives since ever in Parma.
He has been a photographer since the end of seventies and has a preference for B&W.
In 1989 he discovers the gum and its expressing and creating capabilities.
He is one of the promoters (1982) of the photographic club Il grandangolo, and also of the GRN, in 1991.
He shows his images in various personal and collective exhibitions, both in Italy and abroad.
He runs theoretical and practical courses on gum dichromate and, upon request,
teaches in schools and clubs.
Since 1997 he is a teacher of FIAF Cultural Activities Department (D.A.C.), and in 2001 FIAF granted him the AFI (Artist of the Italian Photography) title.
