Born in Rome in 1943, at present he lives in a small Umbria village, on the Trasimeno hills.

Paintings marked all his life. For a long time, he put the pictorial research beside his interest in photography, and since some years in the old techniques. Chemical engineer, he lived in various Italian towns both for job purposes and personal choice.
He showed his paintings, drawings and engravings in personal exhibitions chiefly in Rome and Naples.
The long experience matured in the visual arts influences his photographic activity with the old techniques, looking for a new synthesis.
The wide manual ability needed by the old techniques, makes really unique each print: a guidance for the discovery of a territory in the middle of photography and paintings.

He is the current president of the FIAF GFT Circle "B.Sacco" in Paciano (PG).
